3. The Provost-Marshal-General of the United States having issued orders dated
April 29 ultimo, prohibiting further enlistments of troops, paragraph 11,
Special Orders, No. 103, dated April 29 ultimo, from these headquarters, is
hereby revoked. The First, Second, and Third Regiments of Indian Home Guards
will be mustered out of military service on the 31st day of May instant,
pursuant to authority granted by the War Department dated February 13, 1865.
